~ Salanda’s Withdrawal from the GUM Act of 2024 ~

        ~  Definition of this Act of Tepoelan ~

The definition of this Act, the Salanda’s Withdrawal from the GUM Act of 2024 shall be as follows: An Act of Tepoelan withdraw (the Kingdom of) Salanda from the Grand Unified Micronational which shall be known mostly by its abbreviation - GUM for the purposes of this Act.

Note that this preamble/definition are legally not part of the Act of Tepoelan itself (except the title of this Act of Tepoelan the Salanda’s Withdrawal from the GUM Act of 2024 is the legal name of this Act of Tepoelan under the law of Salanda) but are there to explain and summarize it, the sections as denoted as ~ Section {Number} - {Title of Section} ~ and [Clause {Number}] are there to help locate specific information about this Act of Tepoelan but do not contribute any information themselves and are included as part of this Act of Tepoelan and law of Salanda as denoters to help locate specific information.

~ Section One - Withdrawal of (the Kingdom of) Salanda from the Grand Unified Micronational (GUM) ~

[Clause One] (The Kingdom of) Salanda shall withdraw from the GUM as a Member State upon the signing and sealing of this Act into the law of Salanda.

[Clause Two] (The Kingdom of) Salanda under this Act of Tepoelan shall as such notify the relevant GUM officials of its withdrawal upon the signing and 

sealing of this Act into the law of Salanda.

[Clause Three] (The Kingdom of) Salanda shall withdraw as such its delegates from the Salandarian delegation to the GUM as such when withdrawing as a GUM Member State.

[Clause Four] The positions and roles of the Salandarian delegation to the GUM shall be abolished upon Salanda withdrawing as a GUM member state.

         ~ Section Two - Retained Law ~

[Clause One] - Salanda shall keep the Edgbaston and Wrythe Conventions as retained law, as these were signed onto prior to Salanda’s accession to the GUM.

[Clause Two] - The Government of Salanda shall look into all relevant GUM legislation and decide and add any legislation via an Act of Tepoelan to the law of Salanda.

     ~ Section Three - Foreign Relations between Salanda and the GUM and its Member States ~

[Clause One] - The Foreign Ministry of Salanda shall be tasked with maintaining its relations with existing relations between Salanda and said GUM Member States that have already been established as well as whenever needed maintain relations with the GUM and its Member States as a whole.

[Clause Two] - The Foreign Ministry of Salanda shall be tasked to make sure relations between Salanda and the GUM and its Member States run as smoothly and cordially as possible.

~ Section Four – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

[Clause One] This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

                        ~ Section Five  – Status of this Act of Tepoelan as a Law of Salanda ~

[Clause One] This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
