                  Salanda’s Eternal Support for Israel Act of 2023 (SESFIA)

 ~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Salanda’s Eternal Support for Israel Act of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan, the Salanda Eternal Support for Israel Act of 2023 to be abbreviated officially as the SESFIA shall have its Preamble/Definition and Long Title be as follows: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for about Salanda’s eternal support for Israel.

                  ~ Section One - Salanda’s eternal support for Israel ~

Salanda shall support the State of Israel henceforth to be known as Israel in this Act of Tepoelan in the following:

Salanda shall provide support at all times for what Israel does and shall stand in solidarity with Israel at all times and it shall make extra effort of support when it is needed and shall fund programmes sharing Salanda’s bond as being a part of Israel in religion and common culture.

Salanda shall also try to donate capital and send funds to Israel when it has capital to do so.

Salanda shall also make sure as much as it can to fit in with Israel’s foreign policy likes in order to create the strongest bond between it and Israel as it can.

         ~ Section Two - Budget to fund Salanda’s eternal support for Israel ~

The Budget to fund Salanda’s eternal support for Israel shall be placed under the Budget of the Department of Arts and Culture of Salanda and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Salanda which is included in the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda which is usually passed by (what is now the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of) the Tepoelan on the 22nd of June (the Independence Day of (the Kingdom of) Salanda) at 23:59 pm and the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda shall decide on the dividend break in how much capital Salanda’s eternal support for Israel gets within the Departments of Arts and Culture of Salanda and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Salanda’s portion of the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda.

          ~ Section Three  - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

  ~ Section Four - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
