         Salanda State Foreign Sanctions Act of 2023 (SSFSA)

~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Salanda State Foreign Sanctions Act of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan’s Preamble/Definition and Long Title shall be: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for a framework of state foreign sanctions that the Government of Salanda may issue through the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan.

   ~ Section One - How State Foreign Sanctions are issued by the Government of Salanda ~

State Foreign Sanctions when put forward by the Government of Salanda are mandated to be put forward by the Government of Salanda in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary through an Act of Tepoelan, which shall pass into the final steps of becoming a law of Salanda by a simple majority as mandated by the Stages of a Bill Act of 2022.

                                   ~ Section Two - Embargos ~

The Government of Salanda may put as such roadblocks such as state warnings and recommendations on a near-level to State Foreign Sanctions though not the same level to State Foreign Sanctions by issuing a public trigger notice that can be done through an Executive Order of Salanda though this is not required as long as a public trigger notice is issued.

                          ~ Section Three  - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan.

                   ~ Section Four  - Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
