                        Salanda Road Switching Act of 2023 (SRSA)

 ~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Salanda Road Switching Act of 2023 (SRSA) ~

This Act of Tepoelan, the Salanda Road Switching Act of 2023 to be abbreviated officially as the SRSA shall have its Preamble/Definition and Long Title be as follows: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for switching the driving side from Salanda from left to right.

                           ~ Section One - Changing of transport infrastructure ~

Whereby it is declared that all transport infrastructure in Salanda that uses left hand driving/left hand traffic and all future transport infrastructure that shall be built shall officially switch its driving side from the left hand driving side/left hand traffic to the right hand driving side/right hand traffic in order to be in line with the majority of the world’s driving system.

As such Salanda shall officially switch from left hand driving/left hand traffic to right hand driving/right hand traffic on the 1st of May 2023 at 00:10 am BST upon the sealing of this Act of Tepoelan.

             ~ Section Two - Budget of the driving side/traffic side infrastructure change ~

The Budget of the driving side/traffic side infrastructure change in order to update Salanda’s infrastructure for this driving side/traffic side change shall be placed under the Budget of the Ministry of the Interior of Salanda which is included in the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda which is usually passed by (what is now the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of) the Tepoelan on the 22nd of June (the Independence Day of (the Kingdom of) Salanda) at 23:59 pm and the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda shall decide on the dividend break in how much capital the Budget of the driving side/traffic side infrastructure change gets within the Ministry of the Interior of Salanda’s portion of the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda.

   

           ~ Section Three - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

  ~ Section Four  - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
