~ Salanda Media law~

The Salandan government issues for the first time media authorizations. As freedom of speech is one fundamental human right, anyone can have one. As long as they have the enough capability to remain operative. 

The contest would be held by the government who would evaluate if the contestants are capable of assuming media operations and if they are competent to the theme they would inform. 

As since the approval of this law there are a total of 19 free licences:

6 Blue (generalists): for any type of news involving the world and micronations.

5 Red (entertainment): for any media talking about lifestyle, celebrities or any form of entertainment.

4 Indigo (regionals): for any issue involving a region or the Salandan country involving politics, economy, technology etc.

3 Green (expertise): for any scientific and health information, must require quotation to other articles.

1 Pink (sports):for any talk about sports 

Any media group can participate in more than one contest as long as the two (or more) authorizations are two independent brands that do not mix. But cannot participate in more than 5 of different colours and 2 in the same colour.

The authorization would be issued and gave to the media digitally, in case of any required identification of the media outlet the authority can ask for it as an id card for media outlets within Salanda.
