              Salanda Interim Budget Act of 2023

 ~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Salanda Interim Budget Act of 2023 ~


This Act of Tepoelan, the Salanda Interim Budget Act of 2023 shall have its Preamble/Definition and Long Title be as follows: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for Salanda’s interim budget of 2023 as the Salanda 2022 Budget Act shall expire before the Salanda 2023 July Elections.


                            ~ Section One - Interim Budget Period ~


This interim budget shall take effect on the 22nd of June 2023 at 23:59 pm BST and shall last to the 20th of July 2023 at 00:00 am BST which is the day when the 2023 Salanda General Election shall be held on as such this clause is in line with the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda) and this shall along with the rest of this Act of Tepoelan become Law of Salanda upon this Act of Tepoelan having the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan.


                       ~ Section Two - Division of the Interim Budget ~


The division of the Interim Budget shall be as such listed below:


  • 40% of the Interim Budget shall remain for the economy of Salanda being used to inject money into the Salandarian mixed market economy to any registered Salandarian firms and any Government of Salanda agencies which are registered under the Salandarian firm register.
  • The aesthetics in terms of presenting the look and portfolio of the nation shall be given a 5% portion for this Interim Budget.
  • Education shall be given a 22.5% portion of this Interim Budget.
  • Healthcare shall be given a 22.5% portion of this Interim Budget.
  • 10% of this Interim Budget shall be used for other purposes that the Government of Salanda deems necessary.


This above shall now be as such the divisions of the Interim Budget.


~ Section Three - Expiration and Renewal if needed of this Interim Budget  ~


Although hope is expressed that hopefully a new Government of Salanda will be sworn in and will hopefully make a new annual budget to succeed this Interim Budget, if in a very rare case there is deadlock and new elections need to be held this Interim Budget shall be automatically renewed past the original expiration date of the 20th of July 2023 for another 28 days and can automatically again and again be renewed if there is still a very rare case of deadlock and new elections are or need to be again held in Salanda.


       ~ Section Four  - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.


  ~ Section Five  - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
