               ~ Definition of the Salanda Infrastructure Pragmatic Act of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan by resolution of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary is to be defined as amending the Salanda City to Hearting City Railway Project Act of 2021 and creating a new framework approach to these infrastructure ambitions.

                            ~ Section One - Fruition of this Project ~

Such a project such as connecting Salandarian sovereign lands as mentioned in the Salanda City to Hearting City Railway Project Act of 2021 of which railway has also just been envisioned as other transportation projects shall now only take effect from what is mentioned in the Salanda City to Hearting City Railway Project Act of 2021 when the Tepoelan has enough funding and capital as well as land and resources and feels they can start the project which they can announce by legislation appropriate legislation that shall put the projects as mentioned in the Salanda City to Hearting City Railway Project Act of 2021 into effect and begin work on the mentioned projects under the Salanda City to Hearting City Railway Project Act of 2021. It is to be noted that Salanda City is now called Suveste with the other full official name of Suveste being Suveste Province. [Suveste has since become the Crown Territory of Suveste]

             ~ Section Two – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

                         ~ Section Three – Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
