~ SALANDA EXECUTIVE ORDER ~
~ Naming a Miniature Model Plane that has become an iconic property of the Government of Salanda ~
~ Section One - Background ~
This Executive Order of Salanda recognises the background of the miniature model plane owned by the Government of Salanda which is modelled on the P-47 thunderbolt plane, originally it was purchased by the incumbent Monarch of the Kingdom of Salanda as just a miniature model plane for his collection, however this particular model later was taken with the Incumbent Monarch of the Kingdom of Salanda wherever he went and appeared in many photos including many to do with the Kingdom of Salanda eventually becoming synonymous as an iconic symbol of hope and future of Salanda and Salanda’s dreams and aspirations as a Nation, eventually the Incumbent Monarch of the Kingdom of Salanda bestowed formal ownership of this miniature model plane to the Government of Salanda, which upon realising that the miniature model plane was not given an official name decided to elect upon making this Executive Order of Salanda to give a name to miniature model plane as such.

~ Section Two - Official Name bestowed to the miniature model plane ~
Whereas this Executive Order of Salanda shall rename the miniature model plane owned by the Government of Salanda to the ‘Star of Salanda’ a name which the Government of Salanda feels reflective of what the miniature model plane means to Salanda. Further the name is also reflective of the star designs which are adorned on the miniature model plane’s design.
~ Section Three - Updating signage and documentation ~
As such upon the issuing of this Executive Order of Salanda in line with Clause Four, Section Two of the Place or Property Naming Act of 2025 the Government of Salanda shall make an effort to update any signage or documentation or any other means of updating its information regarding the miniature model plane now being renamed to the ‘Star of Salanda’.
~ Section Four - Compliance with this Executive Order of Salanda ~
[Clause Three] The Executive Order of Salanda upon being made by the Prime Minister of Salanda shall require all institutions under the Government of Salanda to use the official names under the Executive Order of Salanda as well as comply companies and any other bodies in Salanda to comply with the Government of Salanda’s name of the ‘Star of Salanda’ for the miniature model plane if the companies do not do so the State has the right to use mechanisms which the Prime Minister of Salanda can use via an Executive Order of Salanda to sanction them if they don’t do so.
~ Section Five - Enforcement of this Executive Order of Salanda ~
Whereby it is declared that upon this Executive Order of Salanda being issued by the Prime Minister of Salanda that the Government of Salanda and the Salanda National Archives shall be held jointly responsible and accountable for the enforcement of this Executive Order of Salanda in how it is enforced according to this Executive Order of Salanda’s sections.
~ Section Six - Aligned with Salandarian law ~
This Executive Order of Salanda is as such hereby aligned with Section Two of the Place or Property Naming Act of 2025 and shall as such become Law of Salanda upon being issued by the Prime Minister of Salanda.
~ Section Seven - Status of this Executive Order of Salanda as part of the Law of Salanda ~
This Executive Order of Salanda can be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
