Salanda Executive Order - Requiring the Salanda National Fund to financial report on its economic standing for this financial quarter

          ~ SALANDA EXECUTIVE ORDER ~

~ Requiring the Salanda National Fund to financial report on its economic standing for this financial quarter ~

                          ~ Section One - Tasking the Salanda National Fund to make this report/briefing ~

The Salanda National Fund shall make a report based on the economic standing of Salanda’s investments over the past quarter and growth outlook over the current and next financial quarter ahead though they may add in for beyond the financial quarter if they feel so though this should not be a full detailed outlook beyond the next financial quarter.

                           ~ Section Two - Time given to make the report/briefing ~

A report should be given within thirty-one days since this Executive Order of Salanda comes into effect, though the Prime Minister of Salanda may grant an unspecified extension in the amount of days given to make this report.

                          ~ Section Three - Publication ~

The contents of the report shall be made public to all in Salanda upon the report’s publication after the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda and the Prime Minister of Salanda have the report.

                           ~ Section Four - Implementation of Findings ~

The Prime Minister of Salanda shall work with Ministries of the Government of Salanda to implement the report’s findings and recommendations upon the publication of the report.

                            ~ Section Five - Topic of the report  ~

The report does not need to be a full detailed report but more of briefing and this Executive Order of Salanda expects that on the 22 June 2025 the Salanda National Fund will be able to give a full transparency report.

                              ~ Section Six - Fulfillment of the duties ~

This Executive Order of Salanda shall as such be seen as creating the mechanisms that a report/briefing which will be first given to the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda so that they may report it to the Prime Minister of Salanda and thus give the Chancellor of the Exchequer the tools to fulfill their duties under their office.

                           ~ Section Seven - Reinforcing Section Three ~

Although this is a briefing and not a transparency report made yearly by the Salanda National Fund as such in line with Section Three of this Executive Order of Salanda.

                             ~ Section Eight - Aligned with Salandarian law  ~

This Executive Order of Salanda is as such  hereby aligned with the Salanda National Fund Act of 2023 under Section Three, Clause Two of the Salanda National Fund Act of 2023 where this Executive Order of Salanda will be able to give the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda the tools to notify and give the Prime Minister of Salanda a report on the Salanda National Fund.

  ~ Section Nine   - Status of this Executive Order of Salanda as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Executive Order of Salanda can be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
