Salanda Executive Order - Safeguarding the Prime Minister of Salanda so the Prime Minister of Salanda can fulfil their duties

           ~ SALANDA EXECUTIVE ORDER ~

   ~ Safeguarding the Prime Minister of Salanda so the Prime Minister of Salanda can fulfill their duties ~

                    ~ Section One - Safeguarding the area of the property of the Prime Minister of Salanda ~

This Executive Order of Salanda shall safeguard the Prime Minister of Salanda’s property as defined by enforcement designated to secure the Prime Minister of Salanda’s property which may be either A) physical property or B digital property which is the Prime Minister of Salanda’s property and may also be owned by the Crown of Salanda who also have the say on designating the property and protection lines or other measures taken to secure the property. Only the Prime Minister of Salanda can grant permission for use by other persons.

            ~ Section Two - Applied elsewhere ~

The Prime Minister of Salanda may by will apply these measures to other officers of Government institutions and by extension Members of the Tepoelan too.

             ~ Section Three - Aligned with Salandarian law ~

        This Executive Order of Salanda hereby is aligned and operates under the Property been Damaged Act of 2023.

  ~ Section Four   - Status of this Executive Order of Salanda as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Executive Order of Salanda can be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
