Salanda Executive Order - Province of Federalia and Central Government Agreement

            ~ SALANDA EXECUTIVE ORDER ~

~ Province of Federalia and Central Government Agreement ~

By the authority vested in Me as Prime Minister of Salanda, I, Samuel B do hereby proclaim the following:

                 ~ Section One - Background ~

Because of the collapse of the Federalian currency  (in September and October of 2022) and reduction in value, the federalian President mandates that all the national corporations under the Crown of Salanda unite as one massive conglomerate. 

            ~ Section Two - Affected industries ~

The following industries will be annexation by the new entity: 

-McEric foods and drinks: control of food and drink imports

-McEric textile: control of clothes imports

-McEric Games: control games, video games, gambling and other leisure forms imports

-McEric Beauty & Hygiene & Health: control of medical, beauty, perfumery and hygienic imports.

-McEric accessories & jewells: control of other non essential goods imports

-ETecM and ETecM transports: control of transportation inside Federalia and imports on utilities and technologies.

-Energy: import in energy

- West Union Media & audiovisuals: Control of medias

Note: Moiscat Bank & insurances doesn’t feature because of its dissolution on the 24th of April 2023.

                 ~ Section Two - Naming ~

The following conglomerate would be renamed Crown Industries and acquired by the Crown itself on behalf of the Government of Salanda, together with their corresponding power and networks. And would be donated any economic right over it that cannot be revoked during the effect of this Executive Order of Salanda. 

            ~ Section Three - Land in return ~ 

In exchange the current Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda at the time of the publishing of this Executive Order of Salanda would retain:

- i : control of lodging and real estate

The current Chancellor of the Exchequer at the time of the publication of this Executive Order of Salanda shall receive any unclaimed land the Crown of Salanda might possess. This land would be located in Suveste and any other provinces if necessary. It is now property of the Chancellor and might rename it and collect fees from it (always according to law).

~ Section Four - Approval of this Executive Order of Salanda ~

The Incumbent Monarch of (the Kingdom of) Salanda shall accept to receive Federalian industries and full capacities over them in exchange of Chancellor Pablo Erico Villa Anglerill Olivero  Rodrigez to annexate any unclaimed land 

The Prime Minister of Salanda agrees that this trade agreement to be fair and trustful.

                       ~ Section Five - Aligned with Salandarian law  ~

This Executive Order of Salanda is as such  hereby aligned with the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda), Nineteenth Amendment, Article Two, Section One where this Executive Order of Salanda which supports Provinces of Salanda like Federalia to set their own territorial law and as such policy.

  ~ Section Six   - Status of this Executive Order of Salanda as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Executive Order of Salanda can be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
