~ SALANDA EXECUTIVE ORDER ~
~ Executive Order of Salanda on Embassy Channel Regulations ~
~ SECTION ONE - REPEALMENT ~
Whereby it is declared that this Executive Order of Salanda shall repeal the Executive Order of Salanda No.:01032023 in full.
~ SECTION TWO - OPERATIONS ~
All Embassy Channels in Salanda that shall be given out to foreign nations shall be given out by the Foreign Ministry of Salanda. All Embassy Channels in Salanda must constantly be operated by the operator that being the foreign nation using the embassy channel. If an Embassy Channel is not operated by the operator i.e, the foreign nation for more than one month, the Embassy Channel of that foreign nation shall be closed down by the Foreign Ministry of Salanda, unless the Foreign Ministry of Salanda closely values the relationship between that foreign nation and Salanda or has information why it feels it cannot close down a certain Embassy Channel.
~ SECTION THREE - APPLYING AGAIN ~
If an Embassy Channel of a foreign nation is closed down due to the one month inactivity rule, they must wait four more months before the Foreign Ministry of Salanda can choose to accept or reject their application for another Embassy Channel and give them an Embassy Channel if their application is approved by the Foreign Ministry of Salanda, of which the application shall be a message sent to Foreign Ministry of Salanda officials that plead why the foreign nation should get another Embassy Channel. However, if the foreign nation gets another Embassy Channel and is not active on it for more than 2 weeks, the Embassy Channel of that foreign nation shall be shut down permanently meaning that the foreign nation cannot apply for another Embassy Channel again even if the foreign nation changes its national identity to a new national identity, unless the Foreign Ministry of Salanda closely values the relationship between the foreign nation and Salanda or has information why it cannot close down a certain embassy channel. Should anyone break any part of this Executive Order of Salanda they will be duly penalised.
~ SECTION FOUR - ALIGNED WITH SALANDARIAN LAW ~
This Executive Order of Salanda is aligned legally within the framework of the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda) Article Nineteen - Treaties and Foreign Policy and shall as such become enforceable as a Law of Salanda upon sealing.
~ SECTION FIVE - ENTRY OF THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER OF SALANDA INTO LAW OF SALANDA ~
This Executive Order of Salanda on signing shall become a part of the Law of Salanda and upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Executive Order of Salanda shall become enforceable with the rest of the Law of Salanda.
~ SECTION SIX - STATUS OF THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER OF SALANDA ~
As an Executive Order of Salanda, this Executive Order of Salanda can be amended or repealed by another Executive Order of Salanda and can be amended or repealed by an Act of Tepoelan and can be amended or repealed by an amendment to the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda).
~ SECTION SEVEN - NOTICE ~
Any Embassy Channels that are inactive for more than one month, as of the 17th of May 2023, their operating nations have 18 hours from this Executive Order of Salanda to be active, or their Embassy Channels shall be shut down in accordance with this Executive Order of Salanda, unless other specified arrangements were agreed with the Foreign Ministry of Salanda, however they should be active and see this Executive Order of Salanda in 18 hours as there is a risk that their Embassy Channel will be shut down by the Foreign Ministry of Salanda regardless.
