Reinstating Law 91 of Salanda Act of 2026

                    ~ Act of Tepoelan ~

~ Reinstating Law 91 of Salanda Act of 2026 ~

~ Preamble/Definition of this Act of Tepoelan ~

An Act of Tepoelan to reinstate the pre-Constitution of Salanda, Law 91 of Salanda.

~ Section One - Reinstating Law 91 of Salanda under the Constitution of Salanda ~

[Clause One] - The following text of Law 91 of Salanda shall be formally reinstated below:

[Clause Two] - Law 91 - Salanda[‘s capital Suveste] may expand its city borders if necessary.

[Clause Three] - The expansion of these city borders shall be ceremonial and shall not become part of the Crown Territory of Suveste rather areas in the new city borders shall stay under the actual legal jurisdiction of the provinces or territories they were originally assigned too, and the expanded city borders shall be a ceremonial non-legally changing jurisdiction boundary.

[Clause Four] - Nevertheless it is hoped that by allowing this expansion development can be brought to areas around Suveste and help improve them too, aligning with the Salanda Decentralisation Act of 2024.

~ Section Two - Aligned with the Constitution of Salanda ~

[Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan is in line with the Constitution of Salanda because it does not fundamentally change the legal jurisdiction of areas belonging to provinces or territories and moving them around in this act, rather this Act introduces the expanded city boundaries if they are expanded as ceremonial and they do not change the legal jurisdiction of the areas in those provinces or territories and for legal purposes they are still part of them meaning that as such the expanded city borders are only ceremonial and carry no expanded legal jurisdiction of Suveste into those areas.

~ Section Three - Mistakes within this Act ~

[Clause One] - Should there be any mistakes or grammatical errors within this Act that need cleaning up if it is contradictory - the Ministry of the Interior of Salanda led by the Home Secretary of Salanda shall be responsible for clearing up such errors if there are any that are contradictory in line with the ruling that was issued by the Supreme Court of Salanda on the 18 November 2024 in which it was ruled by the Court that the Ministry of the Interior of Salanda may fix typos and other errors that are contradictory to make them make sense.

[Clause Two] - However this remains strictly to actual grammatical errors and contradictory text not revised to suit interpretation and interests which are illegal.

~ Section Four – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

[Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

~ Section Five  – Status of this Act of Tepoelan as a Law of Salanda ~

[Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
