~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan Minimum Amount of Votes Required Act of 2023 ~


By resolution of the People’s Channel of the Tepoelan, this Act, the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan Minimum Amount of Votes Required Act of 2023 shall have its Preamble/Definition and Long Title be: An Act of Tepoelan to increase the number of minimum votes for a proposed Act of Tepoelan in the Chamber of Provincial of Emissary to become law of Salanda.


                        ~ Section One - Minimum Amount of Votes Required ~


The minimum amount of votes required for a proposed Act of Tepoelan in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan to become law of Salanda shall be raised from 3 minimum votes in favour to 4 minimum votes favour upon this Act of Tepoelan becoming Law of Salanda, this applies in the case in when this Act of Tepoelan becomes law of Salanda in the case where a proposed Act of Tepoelan in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan has 3 votes in favour, 2 against e.g, it shall pass as there is a simple majority but if an Act of Tepoelan only has 3 votes in favour with no opposing votes a proposed Act of Tepoelan shall not pass as it does not have the 4 minimum votes in order to create the simple majority as defined by this Act of Tepoelan this also applies to any amount of abstentions made, if there is a vote tally of 4 in favour and 5 against the proposed Act of Tepoelan shall also not pass as the five votes against shall have the simple majority that is defined by this Act of Tepoelan finally if there is a proposed Act of Tepoelan in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan with 4 votes in favour with none in opposition or none voting abstain it shall pass as it has the 4 minimum votes required in order to create the simple majority as defined by this Act of Tepoelan and if a proposed Act of Tepoelan in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary has 4 votes in favour, 3 against with 2 abstentions it shall pass as it has the 4 minimum votes in favour which is defined as a simple majority by this Act of Tepoelan.



                   ~ Section Two  - Enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan ~


Whereby it is declared that upon this Act of Tepoelan becoming Law of Salanda that the Government of Salanda shall be held solely responsible and accountable for the enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan in how it is enforced according to this Act of Tepoelan’s sections.

      

           ~ Section Three  - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the People’s Channel of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.


  ~ Section Four   - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
