                            Fenzoulu Local Flag Act of 2023

 ~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Fenzoulu Local Flag Act of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall be defined/have its long title as: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for  setting up the sub-national official symbols for the Salandarian Province of Fenzoulu including a Flag and other sub-national symbols such as a Coat of Arms or a Sub-national anthem and a sub-national culture as well.

  ~ Article One - Setting up a Select Committee for the sub-national symbols of Fenzoulu ~

A select committee shall be set up to discuss and find and work on such sub-national symbols including a flag along with other sub-national symbols, the committee shall be considered under the Department of Arts and Culture’s sphere of operation and all people in Salanda (which includes Salandarian citizens and non-Salandarian citizens) can participate. The Government of Salanda shall then review these proposals where they shall be approved by the Prime Minister of Salanda. Upon approval by the Prime Minister of Salanda should it happen the proposed sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu that the committee has worked upon, the proposed sub-national symbols shall become the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu. If the Select Committee for the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu is successful at getting its proposals adopted, it shall be dissolved, if not it shall not be dissolved until it is successful (in that the Prime Minister of Salanda adopts the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu) in proposing sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu.

~ Article Two - Budget of the Select Committee for the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu~

The Budget for the Select Committee for the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu shall be placed under the Budget of the Tepoelan which is included in the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda which is usually passed by (what is now the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of) the Tepoelan on the 22nd of June (the Independence Day of (the Kingdom of) Salanda) at 23:59 pm and the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda shall decide on the dividend break in how much capital the Select Committee for the sub-national symbols for Fenzoulu gets within the Tepoelan’s portion of the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda.

~ Article Three - Enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan ~

Whereby it is declared that upon this Act of Tepoelan becoming Law of Salanda that the Government of Salanda shall be held solely responsible and accountable for the enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan in how it is enforced according to this Act of Tepoelan’s articles.

           ~ Article Four  - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

  ~ Article Five   - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
