~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Daily Briefings Act of Salanda of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan’s Preamble/Definition and Long Title shall be: An Act of Tepoelan to make provision for the setting up of a daily briefing report upon the request of the Prime Minister of Salanda for the Prime Minister of Salanda every day.

                ~ Section One - Daily Briefings for the Prime Minister of Salanda ~

The Prime Minister of Salanda upon their request, which their request must be made daily shall receive a briefing report of the day of national and international affairs of the day with national and international interests and concerns that may also be relevant to the Prime Minister of Salanda which shall be tasked to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Salanda to make the briefing section for daily international affairs for the Prime Minister of Salanda, the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda together with the Home Secretary of Salanda shall be tasked with making the national affairs section of the briefing for the Prime Minister of Salanda and the Home Secretary of Salanda shall compile both the international and national affairs sections together in one briefing document with the international and national affairs sections together for the Prime Minister of Salanda, which as mentioned shall happen on the Prime Minister of Salanda’s request, this section also enables and appendixes the Deputies of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chancellor of the Exchequer and Home Secretary of Salanda to this Act of Tepoelan, if the main holder of the role is unable to fuffil the task of making a daily briefing upon the request of the Prime Minister of Salanda.

          ~ Section Two - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan.

                   ~ Section Three - Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
