     Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan Seat Expansion Act of 2023

~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan Seat Expansion Act of 2023 ~

By resolution of the People’s Channel of the Tepoelan, this Act, the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan Seat Expansion Act of 2023 shall have its Preamble/Definition and Long Title be: An Act of Tepoelan to expand the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan seats from 11 seats to 15 seats when the next sitting of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan shall take its place after the July 2023 General Election of Salanda, which shall be a permanent fixture unless this Act of Tepoelan is amended or repealed by another Act of Tepoelan.

~ Section One - Number of Expansion of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan ~

The Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan shall have its seats expanded from 11 seats to 15 seats. 

                         ~ Section Two - When Section One takes effect ~

Section One of this Act of Tepoelan shall take effect on the day of the official results of the July 2023 General Election of Salanda with that day hopefully being on the 21st of July 2023 which if it is the case which it probably shall be that Section One of this Act of Tepoelan shall take effect on that day but the official results are released on another day, Section One of this Act of Tepoelan shall take effect that other day, with the day of the first sitting of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan to be determined by the elected representatives of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan.

             ~ Section Three - Acts of Tepoelan repealed by this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall repeal the Act of Tepoelan - Bill to expand the number of seats of the Tepoelan Act of 2022.

             ~ Section Four - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the People’s Channel of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan.

                   ~ Section Five - Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
