                     Attorney General of Salanda Requirements Act of 2023 (AGOSRA)

~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Attorney General Requirements Act of 2023 ~

This Act of Tepoelan’s Preamble/Definition and Long Title shall be: An Act of Tepoelan to create provision for the use of the Attorney General of Salanda’s role and to mandate a sole option for the Government of Salanda.

                 ~ Section One - Requirements for the Government of Salanda ~

The Government of Salanda can only use the Attorney General of Salanda or the Deputy Attorney General of Salanda if need be for helping them with legal cases or issues or any other legal debates involving the Government of Salanda. The Attorney General of Salanda or the Deputy Attorney General of Salanda cannot be replaced when the case or issue or debate is incumbent upon them even if they feel their legal advice is not good enough as this is a safeguard to ensure they do not replace the Attorney General of Salanda or Deputy Attorney General of Salanda with a legal means which they feel can provide them the legal advice they seek for their case or issue or debate.

The Government of Salanda may not and is forbidden from using any other legal services and other means, private or public to help them with any legal cases or issues or any other legal debates involving the Government of Salanda, in order to maintain fair transparency to People in Salanda (this includes Citizens of Salanda and non-Citizens of Salanda alike) which shall improve the democratic standards of Salanda.

                         ~ Section Two - Relation of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan is in relation to the Attorney General of Salanda Act of 2023 and shall be appropriated as such as a continuation of the Attorney General of Salanda Act of 2023 as well as a continuation of the Attorney General of Salanda Operations Act of 2023 and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall be the third continuation Act of Tepoelan of this matter and shall be taken as such upon legal interpretation when needed of this Act of Tepoelan.

                    ~ Section Three - Enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan ~

Whereby it is declared that the Government of Salanda shall be held responsible and accountable for this Act of Tepoelan.

             ~ Section Four - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan as Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan.

                          ~ Section Five - Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~

This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
