~ Preamble/Definition and Long Title of the Archival Act of Salanda of 2023 (AAOS) ~
This Act of Tepoelan, the Archival Act of Salanda of 2023 to be abbreviated as AAOS shall have its long title be; The Government of Salanda endorsement of the Salanda National Archives by establishing an Archival Commission of Salanda for the Salanda National Archives, whose main task will be that with great help from the Government of Salanda that the Archival Commission of Salanda shall try to find any documents and files dating back a few years from the establishment of Salanda which some documents and files may be lost or undocumented with the Archival Commission of Salanda’s job being to document and rediscover these documents and files and make them available.
~ Section One - Establishment and operation of the Archival Commission of Salanda ~
The Archival Commission of Salanda shall be established upon entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda, the Archival Commission of Salanda shall have its structure be instructed by the Government of Salanda in that the structure of the Archival Commission of Salanda can be flexible to any inputs by the Government of Salanda on it at any given time, as a starting base of framework the Archival Commission of Salanda can recruit Archivists. Once this Act of Tepoelan is put into force the Archival Commission of Salanda under the Salanda National Archives shall have the role of Chief Archivist of Salanda with the position being given ceremonially to the Incumbent Monarch of (the Kingdom of) Salanda that shall be a ceremonially hereditary position in the Crown of Salanda, the Chief Archivist of Salanda role does come with a log role, logging in finds and acquirements of the Archival Commission of Salanda for the Salanda National Archives.
The operation of the Archival Commission of Salanda shall be operational fully unless a national or religious holiday or a notice of halting temporarily from the Prime Minister of Salanda. Under the Salanda National Archives the Archival Commission of Salanda will work by any means possible to recover documents and files of Salanda and trying to date them if possible to put a clear coherent history of Salanda together and record and publish them and shall also work as a second priority to acquire whatever interesting property it can, however the work of the Archival Commission of Salanda shall also not be just limited to recovering and acquiring but also recording the present times of Salanda in documents and files and recording the future plans of Salanda in documents and files as well. Once documents and files and property are in the hands of the Archival Commission of Salanda, it shall be transferred to the Salanda National Archives who shall look after and publish them if the Salanda National Archives wants to. Any current folders used to collecting documents and files of Salanda that have not yet fully be stored to their full in that they are ready to be transferred to the Salanda National Archives shall be transferred to the Archival Commission of Salanda who shall continue to fulfill these folders purposes until they are ready to be transferred to the Salanda National Archives and new folders can continue collecting new documents and files that shall in time be transferred as well to the Salanda National Archives from the Archival Commission of Salanda in a continuous and constant process. Any objects acquired by the Archival Commission of Salanda shall be held by the Archival Commission of Salanda for three days before being automatically transferred to the Salanda National Archives so it can be logged and if need be, examined and studied.
~ Section Two - Budget of the Archival Commission of Salanda ~
The Budget for the Archival Commission of Salanda shall be placed under the Budget of the Salanda National Archives which is included in the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda which is usually passed by (what is now the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of) the Tepoelan on the 22nd of June (the Independence Day of (the Kingdom of) Salanda) at 23:59 pm and the Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda shall decide on the dividend break in how much capital the Archival Commission of Salanda gets within the Salanda National Archives’s portion of the Annual Budget of (the Kingdom of) Salanda.
~ Section Three - Enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan ~
Whereby it is declared that upon this Act of Tepoelan becoming Law of Salanda that the Government of Salanda shall be held solely responsible and accountable for the enforcement of this Act of Tepoelan in how it is enforced according to this Act of Tepoelan’s sections.
~ Section Four - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~
This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.
~ Section Five - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~
This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
