              AOTM Organisational Act of 2023

~ Preamble/Long Title and Definition of the AOTM Organisational Act of 2023 ~

The Preamble/Long Title and Definition of the AOTM Organisational Act of 2023 shall be: An Act of Tepoelan to make the Alliance of the Micronations to be abbreviated in the rest of this Act of Tepoelan as AOTM into an international organisation again which in the process shall revoke its current status as a Committee of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan.

            ~ Section One - Repealments ~ 

This Act of Tepoelan upon sealing shall repeal the Framework for Tepoelan AOTM Related Acts of 2023 (FTARA).

~ Section Two - New organisational structure of AOTM  ~

A new organisational structure for the AOTM when it becomes an international organisation again shall be determined by its members through a new charter for the AOTM.

           ~ Section Three - Headquarters of AOTM  ~

The Headquarters of the AOTM shall be in Suveste the capital of Salanda unless the members of AOTM determine differently.

             ~ Section Four - Symbols of AOTM  ~

The AOTM’s symbols shall be the logo set out by Executive Order of Salanda No.:01042023 - Restoration of the Old Logos of the AOTM Committee of the Tepoelan, unless the members of AOTM determine differently.

~ Section Five - Extent of this Act of Tepoelan ~

The Extent of this Act of Tepoelan shall cover Salanda and the AOTM, though it shall remain in force as legislation in Salanda unless repealed or amended otherwise by the Tepoelan via Acts of Tepoelan or by amendments to the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda) but not by an Executive Order of Salanda, it can be repealed or amended as legislation of the AOTM in the AOTM’s extent by the members of the AOTM.

         ~ Section Six - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~

This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.
