~ Annexation Treaty ~

of the Silvanian Union

into the Kingdom of Salanda

~ Definition ~

By the signing of this treaty the Silvanian Union agrees to be incorporated into the Kingdom of Salanda as an autonomous Territory.

~ Article I ~

With the incorporation into Salanda, the Silvanian Emperor will agree to give up his national executive power and will dismantle the Silvanian Parliament.

He will swear loyalty to the Salandarian Constitution and to the Tepeolan, as well as the royal house.

~ Article II ~

As the Silvanian Union will agree to become an autonomous Territory of Salanda with the Silvanian Emperor will become the symbolic head of the Territory with no power within the local government. As at the time of writing this Treaty the current Emperor of Silvania (prior to the annexation) doesn’t know how the individual provinces/territories are represented within the Tepeolan and will because of this give no further stands for Silvania’s Role within the Government.

~ Article III ~

The Salandarian Government will allow the new Territory to have the sovereignty to decide over its own foreign policy independently from the central government in Suveste.

With that it will be able to be part of inter Micronational organisations on its own, while still being an integrated part of Salanda.
