<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This \[Emergency\] Order \[of Salanda\] can be triggered by the Prime Minister \[of Salanda\] with \[the\] approval by the Salanda Parliament \[Tepoelan\] in times of need, which the nation on behalf of the Salandarian Parliament \[Tepoelan\] giving authorisation to the Prime Minister \[of Salanda on using this Emergency Order of Salanda\] determines \[if\] something is not good and needs the appropriate action approved \[by the Tepoelan\].</span>
