<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">While (the Kingdom of) Salanda is a unitary state on a provincial level \[with levels of devolution\], Salandarian Territories \[i.e, territories of Salanda\] will \[also\] be able to decide their own futures except for the matter of independence which is illegal for them to do \[i.e, it is illegal for territories of Salanda to declare independence from Salanda under this Constitution\] as they are a part of (the Kingdom of) Salanda.</span>
