Amendment Eight

 ~ Amendment Eight ~ Article One - National Symbols [of Salanda] Whereby it is declared that the National Symbols of Salanda shall not be changed [under this Constitution]. Article Two - Situation where there is laxed Constitutional Enforcement If the Constitution [of Salanda, i.e, this Constitution] is not applied properly, the people [of Salanda, i.e, citizens of Salanda] may expel those who do not apply the Constitution [of Salanda, i.e, this Constitution] from the nation through a [public] referendum that is fair and just [with the referendum being done in due process in what is laid out in this Constitution].
