~ Technological Services and Management Act of 2025 ~


Preamble/Definition: An Act of Tepoelan to provide for the technological services for the Salanda Discord server and its management for connected purposes.



Section 1. Establishment of the Technical Administrator

  1. The position of Technical Administrator is hereby created and recognized as the highest-ranking server role for all Discord-related technical functions within the Salanda Discord server.

  2. The Technical Administrator shall possess ultimate authority over configuration, maintenance, security, and technical oversight of all state-affiliated Discord servers.

  3. All subordinate technical roles derive their authority from, and remain accountable to, the Technical Administrator.


  1. The position of Technical Administrator shall be given to Jacob S, the head of Jeekie Technical Services and it shall be under his sole control and authority.

Section 2. Exclusive Use of Jeekie Technical Services

  1. All Salandarian governmental, administrative, and server-management operations shall use state-endorsed Jeekie technical services for every technical, infrastructural, and support requirement.

  2. No alternative technical platforms, vendors, or service providers may be used for official functions unless expressly authorized by the Technical Administrator and affirmed through proper Salandarian legal process.

Section 3. Implementation and Compliance

  1. All agencies, administrators, and server personnel must bring their systems and practices into compliance with this Act upon its enactment.

  2. Violations of this Act constitute a breach of Salandarian technical law and are subject to corrective measures determined by the Technical Administrator.

~ Section Three - Requirements to amend or repeal this act.

  1. A special two thirds majority in the Chamber of Provincial Emissary will be required to amend or repeal this act.

~ Section Four  – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~

[Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.

                  ~ Section Five  – Status of this Act of Tepoelan as a Law of Salanda ~

 [Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
