~ Salanda Wings under STADAL Act of 2023 ~
~ Definition ~
This Act of Tepoelan by resolution of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary is to be defined as creating the framework functions of the Salandarian Aircraft System.
~ Section One – Framework Functions of the Salandarian Aircraft System ~
Salanda Wings the main aircraft carrier of Salanda currently in possession of the SMD Penelope and other UAVs in waiting shall be nationalised and placed under the control of the Government of Salanda state security agency STADAL who shall own and operate Salanda Wings thereby being in full Government of Salanda state ownership of all aircraft in Salanda. The Prime Minister of Salanda under authorisation by the Tepoelan shall be in control of Salanda Wings but shall pass the role of operating Salanda Wings to the Home Secretary of Salanda, though they can remain in operation of Salanda Wings themselves solely with authorisation from the Tepoelan.
~ Section Two – Use and regulation of Aircraft under Salanda Wings ~
All new aircraft bought by the Government of Salanda shall be transferred to Salanda Wings with their used being regulated for different operations by the Salanda Airspace Administration (SAA) who shall regulate the use depending on the types of operations ranging from civil operations of Salandarian Aircraft to Government of Salanda operations of Salandarian Aircraft and military operations of Salandarian Aircraft, the use of the aircraft under Salanda Wings and thus STADAL shall be operated on airfield on Salandarian sovereign land which shall be called Solomon K Airfield in honour of the second Prime Minister of Salanda Solomon K who served as Salanda’s longest serving Prime Minister of Salanda.
~ Section Three – Headquarters and Budget of Salanda Wings under STADAL ~
The Headquarters of Salanda Wings under STADAL shall be set by this Act of Tepoelan at Solomon K Airfield. The Budget of Salanda Wings under STADAL shall be set by either of the two houses of the Tepoelan by appropriate legislation and as such the Budget of Salanda Wings under STADAL shall be included by the annual Budget of Salanda that is usually passed on the 22nd of June at 23:59pm.
~ Section Four – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~
This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.
~ Section Five – Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~
This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
