~ Regarding the amount of letters in the Salandan language and more ~

Whereby it is declared that the Salandan language shall have nineteen letters.

Whereby it is declared that the Salandan language shall be known as a Mastrastic language referencing the Mastras Union that once existed between Salanda and Tuse before Tuse became a Salandarian Province.
