~ Section One ~

By convention the Tepoelan Voting Act [(TVA)] and its inclusion of a 14 hour voting period for bills in either house/chamber of the Tepoelan in order to become Acts of Tepoelan and if successful laws of Salanda only applies on a normal weekday. The 14 hour voting period does not apply on Friday afternoon sessions before Shabbat (the Jewish holy day of the week) and afternoons on the day before Jewish festivals and days before days recognised by Salanda as Special National Holidays of Salanda, sessions and their bills can become law of Salanda earlier as the sessions in both houses/chambers of the Tepoelan shall close earlier on these days. ~ Section Two ~

As a reaffirmation [Act of Tepoelan] this is an extension explainer in this case, this reaffirmation [Act of Tepoelan] can only be repealed if the Tepoelan Voting Act is repealed by another Act of Tepoelan [or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws of Salanda).
