# ~ PER4 CR8 Norwegian Law Act of Salanda of 2023 ~

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">By resolution of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan, this Act the Norwegian Law Act of Salanda of 2023 shall be defined as a law allowing Members of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary to resign their seats in order to take up ministerial positions in the Government of Salanda and allow the Government of Salanda to appoint more of its members to the Chamber of Provincial Emissary, this Act is named for a similar law in use in Norway and Israel. </span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">~ Section One ~ This Act of Tepoelan shall allow for up to six Members of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary to resign from the Chamber of Provincial Emissary in order to take up ministerial positions in the Government of Salanda and allow the Government of Salanda to replace them with new members that shall be appointed to serve as Members of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary.</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">~ Section Two ~ Should a Minister of the Government of Salanda wish to resume their seat if they have had it replaced by the Government of Salanda, the Government of Salanda shall be obliged to give their seat back to them thus removing their replacement. However, the Government of Salanda as a result can force them to give up their ministerial position in the Government of Salanda.</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">~ Section Three ~ As an Act of Tepoelan, this Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed by an Executive Order of Salanda and can only be repealed by another Act of Tepoelan that shall be focused on this topic only with no riders installed on it, in accordance with the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda (Basic Foundation Laws).</span>

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">~ Section Four ~ This Act of Tepoelan shall be effective as a law of Salanda on signing and enforceable on the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed on this Act of Tepoelan. </span>
