~ Definition of the Attorney General of Salanda Operations Act of 2023 ~
This Act of Tepoelan, by resolution of the Chamber of Provincial Emissary shall set out the other additional operations of the Attorney General of Salanda and Deputy Attorney General of Salanda should there be one.
~ Section One – Additional Operations ~
Whereby under this Act of Tepoelan the Attorney General of Salanda can resign from their role as Attorney General of Salanda at any time at their pleasure which shall mandate and require the Government of Salanda to replace them with another Attorney General of Salanda, a Deputy Attorney General of Salanda can also resign at from their role as a Deputy Attorney General of Salanda, however the Government of Salanda does not need to appoint another person to hold the position of Deputy Attorney General of Salanda unlike the position of Attorney General of Salanda where the Government of Salanda is mandated and required to appoint another person the position of Attorney General of Salanda. The procedures laid out in Act of Tepoelan - Attorney General Act of 2023 - Section One will be used to replace the outgoing attorney general.
~ Section Two – Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into the Law of Salanda ~
This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.
~ Section Three – Status of this Act of Tepoelan ~
This Act of Tepoelan cannot be repealed or amended by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be repealed or amended by another Act of Tepoelan or by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Salanda).
