~ PCR 4 CR4 Budgetary Committee Act of 2023 ~

~ Definition ~

By Resolution in the People's Channel, this act, hereby referred to as the Budgetary Committee Act abbreviated as the BCA which shall establish a formal budgetary committee within the People's Channel to investigate the Government of Salanda's budgetary spending.

~ Section I ~

The Budgetary Committee shall be established as such a formal budgetary committee within the People's Channel and shall consist of all Salandarian Citizens as such because they have access, to the People's Channel.

~ Section |I ~

The Government of Salanda shall be obligated as part of this Act to publish transparency budgetary spending reports to the public when demanded of, and shall provide data to the Budgetary Committee of the People's Channel, when obligated by the Budgetary Committee of the People's Channel.

~ Section Ill ~

The Budgetary Committee of the People's Channel shall investigate this data given and shall publish public reports with the help of the People's Channel that are accessible to all with reports based on this data and with recommendations in these reports on the Government's of Salanda budgetary spending to act as a directive that the Government of Salanda should take, however these recommendations are not legally binding under Salandarian law.

~ Section IV ~

With these public reports the Salandarian Citizens will be able to recommend the Salandarian Government regarding all budget sectors from military to education, healthcare and so on. This will support the public's interests and grant them more say in decision-making within the Government of Salanda.

~Section V~

The Budgetary Committee of the People's Channel shall be a formal permanent committee within the People's Channel that cannot be revoked by an Executive Order of Salanda, the Budgetary Committee of the People's Channel can only be dissolved if this Act of Tepoelan is repealed by another Act of Tepoelan.

~Section VI~

This Act shall be named tagged PCR. No. 4 and CR. No. 4 in accordance with the Act on Law Names (ALN).
