~ PCR 3 CR 3 Firearms Act of Salanda ~

- Definition -

By Resolution in the People's Channel, this act, hereby referred to as the Firearms Act of Salanda, which requires all citizens to have a certain Age or License in order to be in possession of guns.

~ Article I ~

Every citizen within the Kingdom of Salanda is required to have a minimum age of at least 20 years and to be in possession of a certain Licence in order to legally be the owner of any gun.

~ Article I| -

All citizens who are in possession of guns and the certain licence are prohibited to use them in any public locations and are only allowed to use them in private places, these private places are defined as firing ranges. This Article is for the protection of other citizens.

~ Article III ~
