Making Bannerdon the National Esport of Salanda Act of 2026


~ Act of Tepoelan ~ ~ Making Bannerdon the national Esport of Salanda Act of 2026  ~ 

~ Preamble ~ An Act of Tepoelan to make Bannerdon the national esport of Salanda following its great success at its debut in the 2026 Salanda Bannerdon Crown Cup. ~ Section One - Recognising Bannerdon as Salanda’s national esport ~  [Clause One] - Bannerdon shall be recognised as Salanda’s primary national esport. ~ Section Two - Promotion of Bannerdon in Salanda’s culture ~ [Clause One] - The Salanda Bannerdon Association shall be recognised as the sole sporting authority to conduct professionally recognised games/matches of Bannerdon in Salanda. [Clause Two] - The Salanda Bannerdon Association shall also be recognised as the sole authority to make Bannerdon rules and regulations as well as regulate the sport in a professional sense. [Clause Three] - The Department of Arts and Culture of Salanda shall promote the export of Bannerdon and its history of being Salanda’s homemade esport throughout Salanda. ~ Section Three - Bannerdon Competitions ~

 [Clause One] - The Salanda Bannerdon Association shall have the sole authority to conduct professional Bannerdon competitions and they should be backed by the Department of Arts and Culture in making these competitions. [Clause Two] - The Salanda Bannerdon Association shall be empowered by this Act to start as soon as possible in regards to making new competitions or editions of those competitions. ~ Section Four - Archival of Bannerdon history and present  ~ [Clause One] - The archival of Bannerdon history past and present shall be done in accordance with existing archival laws of Salanda. 

~ Section Five - Entry of this Act of Tepoelan into Law of Salanda ~ [Clause One] - This Act of Tepoelan shall become effective as a law of Salanda upon the signing of this Act of Tepoelan after being passed through voting and certification of the Speaker by the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan and as such this Act of Tepoelan shall become enforceable as a law of Salanda upon the Royal Seal of Salanda being placed upon this Act of Tepoelan.  ~ Section Six  - Status of this Act of Tepoelan as part of the Law of Salanda ~ [Clause Two] - This Act of Tepoelan cannot be amended or repealed by an Executive Order of Salanda and as such can only be amended or repealed by another Act of Tepoelan or amended or repealed by an Amendment to the Constitution of Salanda also known as the Basic Foundation Laws (of Sala
