Coalition Agreement Between the Solo Party and

the Marxist Party

Parties:

• The Solo Party, hereinafter referred to as “Solo”.

• The Marxist Party, hereinafter referred to as “Marxist”.

1. Purpose

This agreement establishes a coalition partnership between Solo and Marxist to ensure stable governance, joint policymaking, and representation of both parties within the Government of Salanda.

2. Seat Allocation

• Solo agrees to allocate one of its seats from its parliamentary mandate to representatives of the Marxist.

• This seat shall be filled by a candidate selected by Marxist, subject to approval by the Coalition Council (see Section 4).

3. Shared Principles

Both parties commit to working together on the basis of:

1. Upholding the Constitution of Salanda.

2. Promoting democratic values, stability, and prosperity for all citizens.

3. Supporting key allies while also supporting the rights of all peoples to live in security and peace and prosperity.

4. Advancing policies of social responsibility, national security, and innovation.

4. Coalition Council

• A Coalition Council will be formed, consisting of [a] representative/s from Solo and from Marxist.

d• The Council will serve as the mechanism for coordination, policy alignment, and resolution of disagreements.

5. Government Positions

The Solo Party shall retain the position of Prime Minister of Salanda and Chancellor of the Exchequer of Salanda other roles shall be delegated as such:

• Marxist representatives shall be eligible for ministerial or deputy ministerial roles as agreed upon by the Coalition Council.

• Portfolios will be allocated with the aim of reflecting both the strength of Solo and the contribution of Marxist.

6. Duration and Termination

• This agreement shall remain in force for the duration of the current parliamentary term unless jointly amended.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, provided that reasonable efforts have been made to resolve disputes through the Coalition Council.

7. Public Presentation

• Both Solo and Marxist agree to present this coalition as a partnership based on mutual respect and shared vision.

• Public statements shall emphasize unity and the commitment to serving the people of Salanda.
