Whereby on the passing of this bill it shall be declared that there will be four national voluntary clean up days that shall be set at the last day of every season should it fall on the weekend or holidays that are determined holidays by the state it shall be held on the day following holidays. In this program the state shall encourage by promotion of the environment that people are welcome to join and participate in these events which shall range from the cleaning up of local and national environments and programs to encourage a more sustainable future for all.
