The following shall be the stages of a bill (Act amended later on)]:
1 - Plan [I.e, what the proposed bill will be about] 2 - Drafts [I.e, drafting up the proposed bill] 3 - Checks [Checking for anything else to be added etc and grammar corrections] 4 - Finalisation [Formally notifying either the Chamber of Provincial Emissary of the Tepoelan or the People’s Channel of the Tepoelan to present the proposed bill] 5 - Presentation to Tepoelan ([First] reading) [Skips to stage 11 if passed first time] 6 - Recommendations (if not to vote [in favour but not outright reject it must be said explicitly that it is not an outright rejection during vote]) 7 - Second reading (if recommended) 8 - Recommendations (if not to vote [in favour but not outright reject it must be said explicitly that it is not an outright rejection during vote]) 9 - Third Reading (if recommended no more recommendations if rejected again, [the proposed bill not brought up again in its current outlook if rejected a third time]) 10 - [Final] vote [on the proposed bill if needed after the third reading] 11 - Signature of Monarch (if passed) 12 - Royal assent seal ([formally] incorporated into law [of Salanda]
All stages above shall be the stages of a [proposed] bill in the Tepoelan from planning to Royal Assent. [Act amended later in the future]
