The terra nullis status [i.e land not claimed by any country] is to be ended in regards to The New Rocks and they will be annexed into the Kingdom of Salanda as a part of Ristabbita-Lahuda province province [now a Suveste Crown Territory] in the Kingdom of Salanda following the signing of this Act - all previous statements before this Act regarding the status of The New Rocks are to be repealed and cancelled following the signing of this Act.
